This document governs the use of Event Decoration Services and Gift Delivery Services provided by SFlowerGalleria through its website and mobile application. By accessing the platform, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms, including future updates.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
All services are executed at the customerās selected location.
By booking a service, you agree to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or emails related to confirmations, coordination, reminders, and support.
All images shown are for reference only. Actual products or decorations may vary due to availability, venue restrictions, lighting, or safety conditions. Such variations do not qualify for refunds.
Delivery depends on accurate address details, recipient availability, and location access. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details, refusal, unavailability, or access restrictions will be treated as successfully completed with no refund.
Flowers, cakes, and plants are perishable items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
For hotels, societies, gated communities, or third-party venues, prior permission must be obtained by the customer. If permission is denied or restricted, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Certain decoration items may be restricted and setup time may be limited by venue management. Modified or incomplete setups due to venue rules are non-refundable.
Any props or items provided on a rental basis must be safeguarded and returned in original condition. Loss, damage, or delays may result in additional charges.
Adhesives or hooks may be used during decoration. Minor surface or paint marks may occur. SFlowerGalleria is not liable for wall or surface damage.
Balloons, flowers, candles, and lights are affected by environmental conditions. Longevity is not guaranteed and no refund will be provided for natural deflation or wilting.
Customers must ensure respectful behavior, a safe environment, and adult presence at private locations. If staff safety is compromised, service may be withdrawn without refund.
Services are availed at the customerās own risk. SFlowerGalleria is not liable for accidents, injuries, fire hazards, electrical issues, or property damage. Venue penalties are the customerās responsibility.
Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Gift orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5ā7 business days.
We collect only necessary customer information for order processing and service delivery. Card or banking details are never stored. Data is shared only with service partners.
These policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. All terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian court jurisdiction.
